A breakdown on each joint and its role in Jiu Jitsu. Understanding the specific role of a joint and how it will impact jiu jitsu is necessary for both rehabilitation and sports performance.

This course will expand on the first course by looking at specific recommendations for rehabbing common pathologies in Jiu Jitsu. Including:

• Spine Pathology: Rib, Cervical / Lumbar Spine Injuries
• Arm Pathology: Tendinopathy, Arm Tendon Tears, UCL Sprains
• Knee Pathology: Meniscus, ACL, MCL, LCL
• Shoulder Pathology: Shoulder Instability, ACJ Sprains, RC Tears and Labrum Pathology
