The first course was an introduction to rehabilitation for the Jiu Jitsu Athlete. I covered the basics of what jiu jitsu is for rehab professionals who do not have an understanding of grappling.
This course, "Jiu Jitsu Rehab Masterclass" builds on concepts introduced in "Treating the Jiu Jitsu Athlete" but goes into much more specific rehab concepts based on the most common jiu jitsu injuries. Not every physical therapist is a black belt in Jiu Jitsu; however, I can help close this knowledge gap, based on almost 2 decades of experience in the sport.
